Terms of Service

Last updated: March 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wrapd platform, including the website at wrapd.sh, the API at api.wrapd.sh, the Wrapd agent software, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is operated by Wrapd ("we", "us", "our"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Wrapd is a platform that turns CLI commands into authenticated HTTP endpoints. The Service includes:

  • Endpoints — user-defined CLI commands exposed as REST API endpoints with streaming responses, authentication, and rate limiting.
  • Agent — a binary installed on your machine that connects to our tunnel server via WebSocket and executes commands on your behalf.
  • Pipelines — directed acyclic graphs (DAGs) that chain endpoint executions, conditions, AI processing, and sub-pipelines.
  • Cloud Runners — isolated Docker containers that execute commands without a self-hosted agent (Pro and Team plans).
  • Port Tunnels — temporary public HTTPS URLs that proxy traffic to a local port on a connected agent.
  • Managed Secrets — encrypted environment variables injected into agent processes at connection time.
  • Integrations — connections to third-party services including Slack, GitHub Actions, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and webhook providers.
  • AI Generation — AI-assisted endpoint and pipeline creation using third-party language models.
  • Team Features — multi-user access with role-based permissions, SAML SSO, audit logging, and execution approvals.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and agent tokens. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not create accounts for the purpose of violating these Terms, impersonating another person, or circumventing account-level limits. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.

One person or legal entity may maintain multiple accounts, but may not use multiple free accounts to circumvent tier limits.

3. Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the commands, scripts, and automations you execute through the Service. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Execute commands that damage, disable, or impair any system, network, or service — including your own infrastructure if unintended.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
  • Mine cryptocurrency using Cloud Runners or any shared infrastructure.
  • Store, transmit, or process child sexual abuse material or content that exploits minors.
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or tier restrictions through technical means.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or to systematically scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Share API keys or agent tokens with unauthorized parties.

We may investigate and take action — including suspension or termination — against accounts that violate this policy. For urgent security matters, we may act without prior notice.

4. Your Data and Commands

You retain all rights to the commands, configurations, and outputs you create through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process your endpoint configurations, pipeline definitions, and execution metadata as necessary to operate the Service. This includes transmitting commands to your agent for execution and storing execution logs for the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.

Command outputs: For self-hosted agents, command output streams through our tunnel server but is not persistently stored beyond execution logs (exit codes, duration, byte counts). For Cloud Runners, command output is streamed via Redis Pub/Sub and is not persisted after delivery.

Managed Secrets: Secrets are end-to-end encrypted in your browser using the target agent's public key. Only the agent can decrypt them. We cannot retrieve the plaintext values of your secrets.

Analytics: By creating an account and using the Service, you consent to the collection of anonymized product analytics (page views, feature usage, error events) to improve the Service. This data is processed by PostHog and is not sold or shared with advertisers. Visitors who have not created an account may opt out of analytics via the cookie consent banner. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Cloud Runners

Cloud Runners execute your commands in isolated Docker containers with the following constraints: no network egress, read-only root filesystem, process limits, and CPU/memory cgroups. Containers are destroyed after execution.

Cloud Runner usage is subject to tier-specific limits on executions per month, timeout duration, CPU, memory, and concurrency. We reserve the right to terminate long-running or resource-abusive containers without notice.

You must not attempt to escape container isolation, access the host system, or interfere with other users' containers.

6. Port Tunnels

Port tunnels create temporary, publicly accessible URLs to local services running on your machine. You are responsible for any content or service exposed through a tunnel URL. Tunnel URLs are ephemeral and are not guaranteed to persist across sessions.

Request and response bodies are proxied through our infrastructure. Bodies are subject to a 10MB size limit. We do not inspect or log request/response content beyond metadata (method, path, status code, duration).

7. AI-Generated Content

The AI generation features use third-party language models (currently Anthropic Claude) to suggest endpoint configurations and pipeline definitions. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any AI-generated configuration before deploying it.

We apply safety filters to block dangerous command patterns (destructive filesystem operations, privilege escalation, network exfiltration), but these filters are not exhaustive. We disclaim all liability for damages caused by AI-generated commands that you choose to execute.

AI generation credits are consumed per generation and are non-refundable.

8. Billing and Payment

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Team tiers. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. If payment fails, we will attempt to collect for up to 14 days before downgrading your account to the Free tier. Downgrading may result in loss of access to features and data that exceed Free tier limits.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice (via email to your registered address). Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.

Team plans include a base price plus per-seat pricing. Seats are charged when invited and accepted. Removing a team member does not generate a prorated refund for the current billing period.

9. Service Level and Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We may perform maintenance that results in temporary unavailability. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by Wrapd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

The Wrapd agent is distributed as a compiled binary. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the agent software except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), Slack (messaging), GitHub (CI/CD), and Anthropic (AI). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

When you connect a Slack workspace or configure SSO, you authorize us to store encrypted access tokens and exchange data with those platforms as necessary to provide the integration.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wrapd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

You acknowledge that commands executed through the Service run on your infrastructure (or in our Cloud Runners at your direction) and that we have no control over or liability for the effects of those commands on your systems, data, or third-party services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wrapd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) commands you execute through the Service, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to the Free tier.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if: (a) you violate these Terms, (b) your use poses a security risk to the Service or other users, (c) your account is used for illegal activity, or (d) required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted. Managed secrets are deleted immediately upon account termination.

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account before the effective date.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wrapd regarding the Service.
